At the end of February, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on a landmark free speech case–Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky–and you can get an inside look!
Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky centers around a Minnesota statute that prohibits individuals from wearing what is broadly defined as “political” apparel at or around polling places on primary or election days.
Join America’s Future Foundation as we welcome our former Sacramento Chapter Leader, Wen Fa, who is an attorney at the Pacific Legal Foundation and is representing Minnesota voters in their First Amendment challenge to the law in question. Wen will touch on the background of the case and will give an inside look at what preparing for a case in the nation’s top court looks like.
