Stay Home and Read! This - The COVID-19 Reading Sampler (March 29, 2020)

We are offering our top 10 selections, probably daily, of the best articles and podcasts on COVID-19 and American policy responses.

Overall our reading leads us to think there ARE and SHOULD BE "libertarians in a pandemic," and that indeed non-libertarian policies are what make responses to the pandemic inadequate.

1) Who's dying now?

2) Deer, monkeys, and other forest critters are "invading" urban areas.

3) However it is a viral (no pun intended) hoax that dolphins have invaded Venetian canals.

4) D.C. school system nurses ordered to work on COVID-19 or lose their health insurance and jobs.

5) Rhode Island quarantines fleeing New Yorkers.

6) Russia goes on a hospital building spree.

7) The Intercept knocks Charles Koch for opposing CDC funding while also opposing closing down businesses.

8) Two Stanford medical school professors ask if the pandemic is hyped and shutting down the economy wrong headed.

9) Trump may quarantine New York and its suburbs.

10) California Democratic governor got rid of medical equipment useful in a pandemic.
