So. Canada is about a month into this cannabis "legalization" thing.
How is it?
It's basically a total joke.
Libertarians have decried the drug war forever, and cannabis legalization wasn't expected to be perfect but it should have at least been a relative improvement.
This month we'll talk about Ottawa inefficient cannabis cartel, the expanded police powers associated with this "legalization", and the myriad ways that cannabis is just as illegal -- if not more so! -- than before.
And we'll learn some broader lessons about the state and justice while we're at it.
